NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR 2017

Customers will now be required to register and create an account with OC Junior Guards prior to enrolling their child.  This process will help parents keep better track of their enrollment information, make future enrollments easier, and help OCJG communicate better with its customers.  The registration process is as follows:

     Step 1: Fill out the registration form and create your Username and Password

     Step 2: Check your email to verify and log into your account

     Step 3: Register your child/children

     Step 4: Verify student swim test status

    • New students will be required to complete the Swim Test Requirement prior to enrollment.  Their enrollment status will be “Pending” until the swim test is completed.  Once the swim test is completed, you will be able to enroll your child.
    • Returning students’ swim test status will be verified by name and DOB via OCJG database and will have the option to enroll once registered.

     Step 5: Enroll a student

      o   Multiple students can be registered and enrolled under one account.

                o   Make sure you complete all payment steps and receive a receipt page that verifies your payment was accepted.

      o   Please allow 24 hours after payment for your child’s enrollment status to be updated in your account.

      o   Additional sessions can be added by logging into the account and enrolling your child in another session.

      o   Session changes must be requested via the Customer Service or by calling (949) 443.0773.
